2026 Hall of Fame

The Mayfield Hall of Fame & VIP Celebration on Sept 17, 2026 honored the work, talent and contributions of our

Distinguished Alumni Inductees

Beth Trebisky Faiman - Class of 1991

SEEKING ALUMNI NOMINATIONS: The Mayfield City School District will induct its 37th class of outstanding graduates into the Alumni Hall of Fame during September 23, 2027. These individuals will be graduates who have achieved success in their careers and who have made significant contributions in their fields, as well as to society, the nation and on a global scale. The Hall of Fame inductees will be men and women who have graduated from the present Mayfield High School, Mayfield Central High School (now the Middle School) or Mayfield Center High School (the former administration building).
If you know of a well-qualified and deserving graduate, complete the form below and return it to Community Relations Office, Mayfield City Schools by January 29, 2027. If you don’t know the individual’s address, but can put us in contact with someone who can help, that would be greatly appreciated. To be eligible, nominees must have graduated in the Class of 2016 or before, and may not be currently employed by Mayfield City Schools.
A panel of Mayfield High School students, alumni, teachers and administrators will select the inductees for the Hall of Fame. Selections will be based on nominations and information received from friends, families and the individual themselves.
